Have a realtor do a home valuation for you and call your bank for a pay off.
How much does it cost to sell my house?
Fees can include 6% broker fees, possible survey fee, title, taxes, repairs, and etc.
Is every agent the same?
No. Not only is every realtor different but the tools they have can vary and impact results
Should I sell it vacant or live here till I sell?
This can be done either way. As long as you de clutter and keep your home clean looking and smelling
Sell As Is or fix up? What's really needing to get done?
This will depend on the condition of your home. Consult with your realtor so they can go over red flags. Consider getting a home inspection so you are a step ahead of your buyers.
